Graduate Students Full Course Load

A Master Level student must meet the following requirements:
  1. You must enroll in at least 9 credit hours total. (Any term length counts: 16 week, 8 week or less)
  2. At least 6 of those credits must be in-person (1 class can be any term length: 16 week, 8 week or less).
  3. At least 3 in-person credits must last the entire 16 week Spring or Fall semester (internship classes do not count).

*Flex and High Flex classes can count as in-person credits ONLY if the student completes the 
request in their Immigration Portal called Flex as In-Person.  In the request, the student promises 
to attend class on-campus and in-person.  The professor will take attendance, and the DSOs will
check attendance periodically throughout the semester.

***CP Classes can count as in-person credits ONLY if the student completes the 
request in their Immigration Portal called CP As In Person Credit.
